When is tutition due?
Tuition is due by the 1st of each month. If the 1st falls on a holiday or weekend, payments are due the business day prior. After the 1st, a late fee of $25 per child will be applied. The youth center will receive payments for gymnastics tuition. Tuition covers your child’s space in a class and is not based on attendance. A two week drop notice is required if your child is leaving the program and will be applied the following month. The youth center as well as your class instructor needs to be notified in writing .
How do I sign up for Team?
Your child must be evaulated by the coach to determine gymnastics level.
What should my gymnast wear?
Attire, boys: Shorts without zippers and buckles T-shirt tucked in. Attire, girls: Leotard or soft fabric short without buckles or zippers, shirt tucked in. Hair Should be secured off of the face. For all students, bare feet are best. For students safety we asked that leotards do not have attached skirts. These can easily wrap around a bar or cause an accident.
Are there make up classes?
Classes cancelled due to instructor illness/absence will be made up. In the event of cancellation due to weather, power outage, acts of God, etc., we will attempt to make the class up, but are not obligated to. National holidays will not be made up. Your instructor can assist you in finding an appropriate make up class.
